WAREHOUSE JANITORIAL RECYCLER

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Janitorial Recycler to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in building/facilities. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Required: 
• Must be 18 years of age or older     
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required

Preferred:
• 1 year of similar work experience 
• 1 year of customer service experience

Responsibilities:

• Collect, sort, and process recyclable materials including cardboard, plastic, wood, and general waste
• Maintain recycling areas and support recycling programs in partnership with the client
• Perform general janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies (essential function)
• Clean floors using appropriate equipment such as mops, vacuums, and scrubbers
• Move boxes, bins, crates, and equipment manually or with hand trucks
• Clean windows, mirrors, and interior glass surfaces
• Operate cleaning equipment and use chemical cleaners safely and according to procedures
• Follow assigned schedules and routes, reporting any issues or barriers
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and support overall facility upkeep
• Report maintenance or repair needs to management
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and client representatives
• Follow all safety, compliance, and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
