The Utility Building Engineer performs general building engineering duties. ABM will accept applications until 3/15/2026.
Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of engineering spaces.
- Cleaning and/or painting of non-operating mechanical equipment which has been shut down, locked out and tagged by a Journeyman Engineer.
- Perform general labor as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief
- Preventative maintenance of all assigned areas.
- Assist Journeymen Engineers whenever needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
