The Entry-Level Test and Balance (TAB) Technician assists in testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems to ensure proper airflow and system performance. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, this role supports measurements, basic diagnostics, and documentation while learning industry standards and safety practices.This role supports HVAC and exhaust system balancing in a manufacturing environment. The technician will gain hands-on experience collecting field data, troubleshooting basic airflow issues, and ensuring work aligns with project requirements and customer expectations.

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the TAB field.
• Ability to follow written work plans and ask questions when scope deviations arise.
• Commitment to upholding ABM and customer policies
Responsibilities:
• Follow all safety protocols while working in a semiconductor factory environment; understand OSHA 10 basics.
• Assist experienced HVAC/Exhaust TAB technicians in a semiconductor manufacturing facility.
• Support system balancing for new installations and decommissioning of existing equipment.
• Help troubleshoot airflow issues when design expectations cannot be met.
• Work collaboratively, maintaining communication, accountability, and safety awareness.
• Assist during occasional evening or weekend emergencies based on customer needs.
