401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations for assigned accounts, ensuring service levels meet contractual and company standards.
- Supervise, train, and support team members, including onboarding and performance coaching.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Assist with workforce planning, assigning tasks, and managing shifts to meet operational demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, logs, and daily/weekly documentation.
- Support scheduling, timekeeping, payroll submissions, and attendance tracking.
- Process work orders, purchase requests, inventory records, and supply tracking.
- Maintain accurate client files, service documentation, training records, and compliance logs.
- Generate regular status updates or reports for management and clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and service inquiries.
- Address client concerns promptly and proactively resolve issues.
- Participate in client meetings and assist with reporting, service updates, or project coordination.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery or enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide direction, motivation, and support to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, expectations, and training.
- Partner with management on staffing needs, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when required.
