We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee our staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations in a commercial building environment
- Ensure compliance with 32BJ union RBA standards and labor practices
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Manage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
- Oversee payroll processes using ADP and Blueforce
- Monitor and report on Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing accuracy
- Support budget planning and cost control initiatives
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required
- Foster a culture of hospitality and responsiveness to tenant needs
- Communicate effectively with building management and C-suite personnel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in commercial janitorial operations in NYC
- Familiarity with union environments, especially 32BJ
- Prior managerial experience in facilities or building services
- Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting
- Understanding of AR reporting and financial documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
