Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Management: Analyze regional performance data, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage regional budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor site managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all locations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
