We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to support quality assurance activities within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role involves performing inspections, tests, and documentation to ensure tools, installations, and processes meet strict TSMC standards, National Code, Manufacturers OEM, and all regulatory compliances. Pay: Starting at 38.46 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and quality checks on tool installations and materials.
- Verify compliance with NFPA 70 and 70E, OEM, specifications, drawings, and TSMC quality standards.
- Document findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Assist with root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Use measurement tools and test equipment to validate work quality.
- Maintain accurate QA logs, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all cleanroom and PPE requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Advanced understanding of quality principles, NFPA 70 and 70E, OEM documentation, and inspection/testing techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience in cleanroom or semiconductor environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, multi-meters, micro-ohmmeters, megohmmeters, gauges).
Preferred Experience:
- Electrical construction experience. 5 years as a Journeyman electrician level or better.
- Computer skills: MS Office, Procore, SharePoint a plus.
- Previous QA, inspection, or technician experience in industrial or high-tech settings.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.
