• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must meet all requirements for a Port Authority airport security badge, including a successful background check and 10-year work history.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Some college coursework or equivalent experience preferred.
• Aviation experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties:
• Conduct daily on-site Quality Assurance inspections in compliance with contractual specifications and customer expectations.
• Ensure improvements in safety, security, quality, and productivity are correctly implemented.
• Meet work standards by following established procedures and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations by examining and analyzing records, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare for audits by researching materials, formulating action plans, and communicating with stakeholders.
• Communicate audit progress and findings by preparing reports and providing information in meetings.
• Provide management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with coworkers, dispatchers, supervisors, and clients.
• Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
• At least one year of Guest Experience Ambassador experience with good work performance, ethics, and attendance.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming; must keep the uniform immaculate at all times.
• Advanced communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with internal and external partners.
• A collaborative team player who can communicate effectively.
• A problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft platforms, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
