The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at assigned facilities , ensuring service excellence, staff development, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships. This role serves as the primary liaison between ABM and client partners, delivering high-quality services in alignment with contract requirements while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM-430 PM (There can be some flexibility in days/hours)
Pay $80,000-85,000

Qualifications:
3 years of experience in management in a fast paced, large team setting (100 people.).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain operational standards, performance metrics, and program execution across all assigned client fulfillment centers.
- Maintain a strong client relationship through consistent communication, responsiveness and follow through.
- Identify service gaps and implement best practices to improve operational consistency and delivery.
- Develop leaders and team members to build capability in client expectations and service standards.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to develop action plans that address service issues and resolve client escalations.
- Support cost control efforts by monitoring operational practices and helping to identify opportunities for profitability.
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
- Deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with client contractual requirements.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
