What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Parking Ambassador position at ABM US?
Generally responsible for on-site operations of the parking office. Job duties may include working closely with location staff and supervisor, overseeing parking supplies and inventory, selling validations, completing daily and monthly reports, making daily deposits, providing excellent customer service to client and customers, covering staff lunches when needed, supporting valet and parking operations as needed. Additional duties may include cash transactions associated with valet tip-outs, assisting with recruiting efforts; lining up interviews, assisting with onboarding, running daily reports; performing customer and client courtesy functions; may perform other duties to ensure productive operations, quality service, client and customer satisfaction; may perform parking attendant and parking ambassador functions. Qualifications:
EDUCATION/TRAINING/LICENSE (S) REQUIRED: High School education or equivalent, previous cashier and/ or customer service training is helpful. Driver’s license required for this position. EXPERIENCE/JOB KNOWLEDGE: Previous office work experience preferred. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets required. A history of working in the service industry, a solid employment record and previous experience handling cash preferred. Basic arithmetic skills are necessary.
