Qualifications:
- Must have strong customer services skills.
- 1 years' cashier experience required
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft word and excel
- Must be flexible to work evenings, holidays and weekends
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Review and audit supervisor banks to ensure proper cash levels are on hand and balance. Ensure that all cashiers have the needed tools to perform their duties.
- Work closely with all the shift supervisors and management to ensure staffing levels continue to be adequate for the flow of traffic.
- Report and discuss daily activity and incidents with the relief assistant supervisor to ensure all relevant events of the day are covered at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Conduct themselves in a professional and accommodating manor, lead by example and ensure that the moral of the employees is at its highest.
- Ensure that customer service is at 100% by all employees in their shift.
- Responsibilities include any additional duties as assigned by Shift Supervisors or Mgmt.
