Compensation: $68,702.40 annual salary (US Dollars)

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years in facilities planning/scheduling within biotech/pharma or regulated life sciences.
- Hands-on experience with GxP/cGMP facilities, cleanrooms, labs, and utility plants.
- Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo, ServiceNow, SAP PM) and planning workflows.
- Knowledge of BAS/BMS, HVAC systems, fire/life safety, and electrical safety (arc-flash, LOTO).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across EHS, QA, Validation, and operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data center support (CRAC/CRAH, UPS, generators).
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PM/CM schedules for critical assets (HVAC, chillers, boilers, CRAC/CRAH, compressed air, DI/RO systems, fire/life safety).
- Create job plans with scope, labor estimates, tools, parts, and safety requirements (LOTO, permits).
- Coordinate shutdowns and cross-functional impacts (utilities, validation, lab ventilation).
- Manage materials kitting, critical spares, and vendor mobilization for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with GxP/cGMP, OSHA, NFPA, and site EHS policies; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Own CMMS planning modules (Maximo/ServiceNow/SAP PM) and drive data integrity and KPI reporting.
- Support reliability programs (valve exercise, vibration analysis, thermography) and continuous improvement initiatives.
