The Building Engineering Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all building engineering operations within mission‑critical environments. The Building Engineering Supervisor provides leadership to engineering staff, critical facility technicians, and external service partners while supporting site leadership in achieving 100% operational availability. This position emphasizes operational excellence, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all facility systems and services.
Compensation: $98,000 - $140,000/YR Salary
The pay listed is the hourly range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience required.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of mission‑critical facility operations experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role overseeing five (5) or more direct reports.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in building engineering, electrical systems, and infrastructure operations.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, mechanical systems, fire protection, and critical infrastructure.
- Proficient with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); Corrigo and ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage Change Management, MOP, SOP, and EOP programs.
