Key Responsibilities:
- Audit, track, and address parking payment activity in accordance with the Audit Supervisor’s instructions.
- Respond to and resolve patron and client concerns received each day.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patrons and clients regarding issues and resolutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.
- Identify trends in customer concerns and recommend solutions.
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss customer concerns and process improvements related to refunds.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and trend-recognition skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
- Comfortable speaking in meetings and presenting findings or updates.
- Minimum 3 years of related customer service or auditing experience preferred.
