Assistant Parking Operations Manager to manage Ambassador operations. Develop, recommend, and implement programs, systems, and procedures to ensure that operations are efficient and profitable and that they maintain the company’s reputation for servicing clients and customers with professionalism such that we are setting the standard of excellence in parking and transportation management.
Shift: Must be Flexible
Compensation: $35per hour (US Dollars)

Qualifications:
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
- 3 plus years of management experince.
Other functions:
- Ability to adjust work schedule as needed to support the operation.
- Ability to effectively lead a staff of direct reports.
- Ability to effectively communicate and to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating and procedural manuals, and handbooks.
- Basic understanding of computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to resolve issues under tight timeframes and pressure.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and projects and to multi-task within restricted time constraints.
- Excellent team building and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop productive business relationships, and ability to influence and educate employees.
- Respond to emergencies at night and on weekends as needed.
- May be required to travel via automobile to meetings and work-related functions.
- Work environment may require extended time standing, walking, and lifting. May also be exposed to hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities:
- Train and develop effective frontline field team members and supervisors
- Ensure proper staffing and initiate strategic placement of employees to maximize efficient operation
- Implement company policies and procedures fairly and consistently
- Ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints with professionalism
- Ensure the timely completion of required paperwork from each location and that all audit controls are in place
- Special projects assigned by the Project Manager and job duties may be modified at any time
