AblePath ABA is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy in the La Grange/Snow Hill area. Your work will help a child build communication, daily living skills, and independence while supporting meaningful progress for their family.

We are looking for an actively certified RBT who is available for the full afternoon schedule and ready to begin onboarding promptly. This opportunity offers a quick start following completion of onboarding and required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.
• Communicate professionally with the supervising BCBA, caregivers, and team.
• Create a supportive, engaging environment that respects the child’s needs.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB. Completion of the 40-hour training course alone does not meet this requirement.
• Availability Monday through Friday from 3:30–7:30 p.m.
• Reliable transportation to the service location.
• Strong communication skills, dependability, and a compassionate approach.
• Ability to complete required onboarding and employment clearances.
