We are seeking an EXPERIENCED, dependable, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy and help children build skills, confidence, and independence.
This position is specifically for experienced RBTs. We are looking for candidates with hands-on ABA therapy experience who are confident implementing treatment plans, supporting children’s behavioral and developmental needs, and working collaboratively with families and clinical teams.

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes.
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Track client progress and accurately collect session data.
- Encourage positive behaviors and celebrate meaningful milestones.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and clinical team to support client success.
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT credentials required.
- Prior hands-on experience providing ABA therapy is required.
- Proven experience working directly with children in an ABA setting.
- Ability to implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
- Strong data collection, observation, and communication skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, and consistent attendance.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their potential.
