We are urgently hiring skilled Carpenters for ongoing modular commercial construction projects in Marysville, WA. We are seeking experienced professionals in rough carpentry, finish carpentry, and trim work who are ready to start immediately and contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality build environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rough framing, structural layout, and assembly
- Execute finish carpentry tasks, including doors, windows, cabinetry, and detailed woodwork
- Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, and millwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Work efficiently within modular construction processes (shop or field environment)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial carpentry (modular experience a plus)
- Proficiency in one or more: rough, finish, or trim carpentry
- Ability to read blueprints and use standard carpentry tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work full-time and overtime as needed
