Requirements:
- Must be 14 years or older
- Able to lift 40 lbs
- Stand on your feet for up to eight hours

- The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for creating a friendly, clean, and safe atmosphere where our customers and donors feel welcome and comfortable. Responsibilities include:
- Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Answer and respond to telephone customers in professional manner.
- Support donors with their donations: Transfer merchandise from donor vehicle to building and offers tax receipts to every donor. Keeps inside and outside of donation center organized and clean.
- Assist in stocking sales floor, stock rotation, displays and organization of merchandise.
- Actively participate and support raising funds for the AbleLight charity through “round ups” at the register and other events initiated by AbleLight.
- This list does not contain all responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate. There may be other duties assigned during the workday.
