What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Office Assistant position at Able Well Drilling?
Looking to fill a full-time position in an essential high demand company. Seeking a mature, self-motivated, organized individual with great customer service skills to be an integral part of our team. While experience with customer service over the phone, as well as in person, is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience are a plus. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Schedule service appointments
- Submitting forms to ODH and local Health Departments
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos and letters
- Gather and organize customer data and files
- Assist with Invoicing and Payments
- Assist management in day-to-day operations of company
Skill-based pay-depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
