Able Health Care Service is offering you a great opportunity to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated Regional Recruitment Coordinator who is driven and excels in the home care environment. The ideal person will excel at finding applicants, onboarding new hires and can perform service coordination duties.
Responsibilities
- Supports all recruitment activities in the branches and community by participating in job fairs, health fairs, and mall displays.
- Follows process of hiring, onboarding, and retaining Caregivers.
- Ability to attend employment fairs and other locations to recruit and establish relationships with HHA Schools and other sources
- Networking, recruiting, and developing relationships with training schools, community groups, agencies, associations, and other groups
- Obtain all the documents needed to make the applicants an employee
- Reach hiring quotas set by the executive team
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- The candidate for this position will have a high school diploma, preferably bachelor’s degree, and experience in home care agency and/or healthcare environment.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail are requisite for success in this position.
- Candidate must have basic computer skills.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
Pay
- Base salary range: $37,444 to $46,800
