- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Pay Range: 90,000 - $120,000/annually or $90 - $120/hour
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
- Location: Aberdeen, MD and surrounding areas!
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
