Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Roofing Estimator located in Beaumont, TX. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for evaluating and estimating the cost of roofing projects, preparing detailed project proposals, conducting site visits, and communicating with clients and vendors. Ensuring accurate estimation and timely submission of bids, the Roofing Estimator will also coordinate with the project management team and provide ongoing project cost analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience in cost estimation and project estimating
- Knowledge of roofing materials, practices, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry preferred
