Able Minds ABA is seeking a part-time and full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Bedford, PA. As a BCBA, you will be working with our talented team to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients
- Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, adapting programs to meet individual client needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and communication
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development
- Document client progress, treatment plans, and billing information accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or on-track to obtain certification
- 1 year of experience working with children with autism, preferably in an ABA setting
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
