What You’ll Be Doing:
Making sure our team is CPR certified (because safety first!) and keeping those certifications up to date.
Teaming up with HR and leadership to welcome new team members and help them hit the ground running.
Running surveys to see how our team feels about trainings and finding ways to make them even better.
Planning and coordinating company-wide trainings and quarterly in-service days.
Keeping all training docs organized and up-to-date
Guiding RBT candidates through the 40-hour certification course and tracking their progress.
Scheduling weekly/monthly CPR certification sessions.
You’re a Great Fit If:
You’ve done training, coaching, or teaching before (or are ready to jump in!).
You either have a CPR Instructor certification or are ready to get one fast.
You can talk to anyone, anywhere, and make them feel at ease.
You love planning, organizing, and juggling a few balls at once.
