• Starting pay of $18/hour


• Raises every 6 months for up to 2.5 years


• Guaranteed 40-hour work week


• Monday–Friday, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM


• No evenings or weekends


• $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs


• Paid RBT certification training for new hires

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–6 by:

• Teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills


• Encouraging independence and confidence


• Tracking progress and celebrating milestones


• Partnering with families and clinical teams


• Creating a positive, engaging learning environment

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)


• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude


• Passion for working with children


• Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training


• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
