Physicians and other healthcare providers refer their patients to Able II for custom orthotic devices designed to support and protect injuries, reduce pain, and improve alignment involving the feet, ankles, knees, and back. We also provide custom prosthetic devices that help individuals with limb loss improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Position Summary
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently and patients receive a positive experience. Responsibilities include managing phones and correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance and billing needs, maintaining accurate patient records, assisting with paperwork and referrals, and supporting the clinical team with general office tasks. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
What We Are Looking For
- Preferably 1 year of customer service, front desk, or administrative support experience; experience within the medical field will be helpful in this position.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with solid typing and data entry skills
- Warm and professional in person and on the phone
- Highly organized and detail-accurate: schedules, payments, and records
- Bilingual abilities are a plus and welcomed, though not required
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable being trusted with confidential information
- Associates Degree or higher, but experience will be considered

Compensation and Growth
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience. This position offers opportunities for clinical experience, training, and certification, for the right individual
