Role Overview
The Project Delivery Head is responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of all projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role bridges operations, engineering, production, and client expectations while driving efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvements.
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Ensure timely execution from design to final delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, risks, or bottlenecks.
- Implement standardized project management frameworks and tools.

- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams.
- Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery.
- Ensure alignment between internal teams and customer requirements.

- Strong project management expertise (preferably in manufacturing/engineering)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Financial acumen and cost control mindset

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred)
- MBA/Project Management certification is a plus
- 8–15 years of experience in project delivery, operations, or manufacturing
- Proven track record of handling multiple large-scale projects
