Duties
- Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ovens.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform repairs on appliances in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the status of repairs and maintenance.
- Have your own transportation.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while working in customers’ homes or on-site locations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role in field service.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Familiarity with various types of appliances and their schematics.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200.00 - $500.00 per day
