-Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Perform household tasks including meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes
Requirements
- 1 year experience in home health or senior care
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards senior care
Qualifications
- TB Skin Test
- Valid Driver's license and Auto insurance
- Ability to provide patient care in the home
- Experience in caregiving for individuals with Alzheimer's and memory care needs
Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Contract, Per diem, Temporary
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
