During peak tax seasons (February–April and September–October), hours may go beyond full-time, with part-time opportunities available throughout the rest of the year.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Identify and resolve tax issues; ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Review staff-prepared returns for accuracy, completeness, and professional presentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to clarify documentation and ensure timely filings.
- Support the team in workflow management via TaxDome practice management software.
- Experience in reviewing corporate, partnership, trust, payroll, sales tax, and individual tax returns is required, ideally within a small-firm environment.
- Strong working knowledge of individual and corporate tax returns (C and S corporations).
- Proficiency with common tax software (e.g., Lacerte, Drake, or UltraTax) and Microsoft Office.
- CPA or EA certification preferred, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail, efficiency under deadlines, and collaborative mindset.
