The Central Office Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the district's Central Office team, supporting administrative, personnel, and student-related services. This position is responsible for coordinating student enrollment activities, serving as the primary receptionist for the district office, supporting employee onboarding compliance requirements, maintaining personnel records, and supporting day-to-day Central Office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and able to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced educational environment. Responsibilities include:
*Serve as the receptionist for the district office, welcoming visitors and responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
*Coordinate with Human Resources and Payroll to maintain accurate employee records related to professional growth and background checks.
*Maintain confidentiality of student and personnel information.
*Other seasonal/annual and routine administrative tasks and projects that support the effective and efficient operations and functioning of the district offices and the schools, as needed and assigned.
*Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent
