Duties
- Engage with high-ticket prospects via beauty consultation to determine client's needs and present tailored solutions.
- Guide clients through aesthetic consultation to explain treatment to final purchase of a treatment package--using effective sales techniques and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with aesthetic treatment teams to help client feel their best and to show them the process of their transformation.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using aesthetic software and beauty tools.
- Ensure all sales activities are followed up and tracked via spreadsheet
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive experience throughout the client's beauty transformation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a high ticket closer or in a similar sales role within the healthcare and/or beauty industry
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
