Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Office Manager to join our team in Sanford, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of our business office.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations
- Front office and Administrative recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to optimize productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Handle complex administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by senior management
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance office operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in office management or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience in supervising and managing staff
