What are the responsibilities and job description for the HCS RN position at Ability Plus HCS Program?

We are looking for an RN with experience with the HCS and Texas Home Living programs. The RN is responsible for delegations, trainings, consulting with staff and families, and attendance at staffings. Will complete nursing assessments and implementation plans. RN will be responsible for nursing services for individuals residing in the family home. RN will take calls from staff. Must be comfortable delegating tasks to non-licensed personnel. Will be asked to provide a sample CNA.
Must have license and experience with the HCS/Texas Home Living programs. Must be willing to drive to and within Fort Bend County, Wharton County, Austin County, and Harris County. Independent worker and self-starter. Computer skills are a must. Must also have a computer and printer. Experience with TMP required. Not full time, this is a CONTRACT position.
