- Education: High school diploma required. 2-year degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Passion for Inclusion: A genuine desire to support students with disabilities.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
