Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Administrative Duties
- Complete Medicaid Long-Term Care (LTC) billing, including reviewing, submitting, and reconciling claims.
- Handle QuickBooks invoicing, payment posting, and generating financial reports as needed.
- Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring all claims are billed, re-billed, or followed up on promptly.
- Track and resolve underpayments, denials, and billing discrepancies by communicating regularly with Medicaid and insurance representatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance.
Scheduling Duties
- Schedule caregivers for client shifts using our agency software.
- Ensure caregivers’ credentials and certifications remain active, with no lapses.
- Process and onboard new CNAs/HHAs, including gathering credentials, setting up their profiles, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Communicate with caregivers to confirm schedules, resolve conflicts, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Professional Communication
- Serve as a positive and responsive point of contact for case managers, fostering strong relationships that reflect our agency’s professionalism.
- Coordinate with clients, caregivers, and case managers to support smooth service delivery.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with billing systems, QuickBooks, and scheduling software.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently on open tasks.
- Professional, friendly communication skills—especially when working with case managers and caregivers.
- Experience in a home care agency, nurse registry, or healthcare billing preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
