Job Description
We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide skilled in-home therapy services. The OT will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions that support clients in regaining independence with daily living activities, fine motor function, cognitive skills, and home safety.
Responsibilities
- Complete in-home occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client goals and functional needs.
- Provide skilled OT interventions such as ADL/IADL training, fine motor rehabilitation, cognitive retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and home modification guidance.
- Educate clients and caregivers on compensatory strategies, energy conservation techniques, and safety measures.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with the supervising nurse, agency staff, and other care team members to ensure a cohesive plan of care.
- Follow all regulatory and agency standards for home health services.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Georgia Occupational Therapy License (OT) in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation to complete home visits.
- Ability to work independently in a home setting.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year of clinical experience (home health preferred but not required).
- Able to pass all required background checks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
