Residential Manager (Human Services)
Full-Time | $25/hour Benefits

ABiLITY is seeking a Degreed Residential Manager to lead a team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential setting. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for one residential location, allowing you to build strong relationships with your team and the individuals you support.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Oversee day-to-day operations within your assigned residential home
- Ensure health, safety, and quality of care
- Coordinate medical appointments, follow-ups, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records
- Foster a respectful, person-centered environment
Schedule & Expectations
- Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Evening or weekend support as needed
- On-call rotation approximately every 4–5 weeks (with additional stipend)
- Assigned to one primary location
- Hybrid flexibility available for administrative tasks, when appropriate
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $25.00/hour
- On-call stipend provided
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate for work-related travel (when applicable)

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
OR equivalent experience (5 years in human services) - Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
Training & Support
We provide paid training and support, including:
- CPR / First Aid
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI/NVCI)
- Medication Aide certification
