Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information through phone, email, chat, or social media channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.Key Responsibilities     •    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and support tickets     •    Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner     •    Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies     •    Process orders, returns, refunds, and service requests     •    Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems     •    Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary     •    Follow company guidelines and service-level agreements (SLAs)     •    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all timesRequired Skills & Qualifications     •    High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)     •    Proven experience in customer service or call center roles (preferred)     •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills     •    Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities     •    Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly     •    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment     •    Strong listening skills and customer-first mindsetPreferred Qualifications     •    Experience with CRM and support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho Desk)     •    Previous remote customer service experience     •    Familiarity with chat and email support workflowsWork Environment     •    On-site or remote positions available     •    Full-time or part-time schedules     •    Shift-based work, including evenings or weekends if requiredBenefits     •    Competitive salary or hourly pay     •    Paid training and onboarding     •    Flexible scheduling (for remote roles)     •    Career growth and advancement opportunities     •    Supportive team and positive work culture
