The Role
This is not a front desk position.
This role is responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of the clinic—ensuring patients stay on track, schedules remain optimized, and all systems run cleanly and consistently.
You are the central point of coordination for patient flow, communication, and follow-through.
Core Responsibilities
Patient Flow & Schedule Ownership
- Maintain a highly optimized schedule with minimal gaps
- Ensure patients stay committed and on pace with care plans
- Proactively manage cancellations, reschedules, and follow-ups
Communication & Follow-Through
- Respond to all patient communication quickly and clearly
- Follow up on missed visits, outstanding balances, and next steps
- Ensure every patient knows exactly what is expected
Financial Accountability
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
- Track and resolve missed or declined payments
- Ensure financial follow-through is completed consistently
Operational Execution
- Run structured pre-shift and post-shift huddles
- Track all daily actions, reminders, and follow-ups
- Maintain clean, organized, and accurate systems at all times
Performance Expectations (Read Carefully)
This is a KPI-driven role.
You will be measured on:
- Schedule utilization
- Patient follow-through and retention
- Collections and financial accuracy
Completing tasks is expected. Driving measurable outcomes is required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $44,000–$52,000
- Performance Bonuses tied to: Schedule utilization, Patient follow-through, Collections

Schedule (Non Negotiable)
Mon: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM
Tue: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Wed–Thu: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM; 2:15 PM – 6:30 PM
Fri: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
