About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist for Early Intervention Pro, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the physical development of infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. Your primary focus will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs that promote mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide education and support to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working with children, particularly in early intervention settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Pediatric Physical Therapy.
  • Experience with specific developmental disorders or conditions.
  • Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Provide direct therapy services to children in various settings, including homes and community environments.
  • Educate families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support their child's development.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's care.
