If you're new to this work, through our training you will earn a nationally recognized certification as a Registered Behavior Technician. Your Day-to-Day
- Work 1:1 with autistic children in a clinic setting.
- Implement ABA treatment plans under the guidance of your BCBA.
- Collect data, update graphs, and adjust based on feedback.
- Use engaging, play-based methods in a structured setting.Collaborate daily with teammates, share insights, and refine your approach.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay
- Training Pay : $20/hr (non-certified) | $25/hr (already RBT certified)
- Guaranteed Hours — sub or office work provided if clients cancel
- PTO & Holidays : 6 paid holidays paid Winter Break accrued time off starting when certified
- 401K : Company contributes 3% even if you don't
- Health Benefits : Medical, dental, and pharmacy (Kaiser or HMSA)
- Insurance & Protections : Liability, disability, and worker's comp
- Referral Bonus : Up to $500 for new team members you refer
Requirements
- RBT Certification (or willingness to pursue during training)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, move quickly, and engage physically with children
- CPR/BLS, TB Clearance, Background Check, and HIPAA Compliance
- Dedication to ABA ethics, professionalism, and ongoing training
