We are currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health & Recovery Specialists to support individuals who are diagnosed with a primary psychiatric disorder and/or a co-occurring substance abuse disorder in our residential programs.

Schedules:
  • M-F 8A-4P (40 hours weekly)
  • Sun-Tue 10P-8A (30 hours weekly)
Payrate:
  • $17.25/hour
  • Shift and weekend hourly incentives! ($2-$7 per hour)
What are the responsibilities of the Mental Health & Recovery Specialist?
  • Facilitate the effective functioning of the program and serve as a positive role model for the residents and community.
  • Assisting in all matters that pertain to the support, rehabilitation, and counseling of the clients and the day-to-day operations of the program.
  • Supporting and teaching individuals in areas such as self-care, house responsibilities, educational and vocational achievement, medication management, financial management, social and recreational development, and personal and interpersonal coping.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license & vehicle
