Sign-On Bonus

$500 New Hire Bonus

• $250 after 45 days of employment
• $250 after 90 days of employment

Consistent 2nd Shift Schedule

Week 1

• Sunday – Off
• Monday – 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM
• Tuesday – 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Wednesday – 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Thursday – 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Friday – 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
• Saturday – Off

Week 2

• Sunday – Off
• Monday – Off
• Tuesday – 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Wednesday – 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Thursday – 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Friday – 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
• Saturday – Off

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Support individuals in building skills and maximizing independence.
• Encourage participation in community activities, events, and social opportunities.
• Assist with meal preparation and household responsibilities.
• Support medication administration after required training and certification.
• Advocate for the rights, dignity, and choices of the people we serve.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
• Create a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and coworkers.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid South Carolina Driver's License
• Acceptable Driving Record
• Ability to complete required training
• Ability to pass applicable background screenings
