What are the responsibilities and job description for the NEW Physical Therapist Role (New Grads Encouraged to Apply)! position at Ability Allies?
The Job You Went to PT School Hoping You’d Find
You’ve studied. You’ve trained. You’ve done the grind of clinicals.
Now what? Now… you step into a clinic where your work matters. Where patients don’t get double-booked. Where you're not rushed through evals. Where you’re treated like a professional with potential—not just another new grad on the clock.
At Ability Allies, we built a clinic where new grads get mentorship, time to think, and the support to become exceptional clinicians. You’ll start your day with a clear caseload and a team that’s eager to help you grow. Whether it’s a weekend warrior recovering from an ankle injury or a post-op patient regaining strength—you’ll see the impact of your care from day one.
A Clinic Built for Learning, Leading, and Loving the Work
Ability Allies is an independent outpatient clinic with 4 locations in Epping, Greenland, Portsmouth and Dover New Hampshire. We focus on outpatient physical therapy, serving everyone from active adults, athletes, and post-op patients to those recovering from neurodegenerative conditions.
We believe the best clinicians aren’t born—they’re built. So we’ve created a space where curiosity is celebrated, clinical mastery is supported, and burnout is avoided. You’ll work 1-on-1 with your patients for 40-60 minute treatment sessions, with the time and resources to provide personalized care. And you’ll be surrounded by a team of experienced therapists who genuinely want you to succeed.
Not Just Mentorship—Real Coaching
We don’t just “support new grads.” We coach them. At Ability Allies, you’ll get hands-on structured mentorship and access to continuing education opportunities. Our goal is to help you grow into a confident, independent clinician with sharp skills and a strong voice.
We believe new grads deserve more than just “experience.” You deserve direction and guidance to help you excel.
What This Role Looks Like
We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team. This isn’t just a filler role—it’s a foundational one. You’ll inherit an active caseload, and you’ll have the time, tools, and mentorship to treat every patient the right way. Your day might include treating sports injuries, helping someone with post-op recovery, pelvic floor, or working on balance and falls. Every case is different—but your support system stays the same.
