Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies tailored to each client’s care plan, focusing on skill development and behavior management.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, toileting, and other essential self-care tasks.
• Collect, record, and analyze data related to client behaviors and progress to inform ongoing treatment plans.
• Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills using ABA principles and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Collaborate with supervisors, educators, and family members to ensure consistency across all aspects of care and education.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and updates in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Contribute to the development and review of individualized care plans designed for clients with autism or other developmental disabilities.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
