What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Youth Job Coach position at Abilities in Action?
Summer Youth Job Coaches work with students in their communities to learn and develop job skills. Summer Job Coaches work at an assigned site with up to four students learning communication skills, job skills, and team building skills. Summer Coaches must have a high school diploma or GED, valid drivers license with insurance, and a great and uplifting attitude.
If you want an awesome schedule (Monday through Thursday) with great day time hours (9AM-2:30PM) and paid mileage (.52 per mile) this is the job for you.
You'll have the opportunity to work side by side students and assist them with learning great skills to help them have more independent and productive lives.
You'll have the support of a company who has been providing these services for nearly ten years and a dedicated coordinator to assist you with the students, families, and work sites.
