Residential Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. 

• Minimum 1 year of full-time residential or related supervisory experience. 

• CPR and Medication Certification (or ability to obtain/maintain). 

• Physically able to perform CPR, Heimlich maneuver, and lift up to 50 lbs 

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate agency vehicles safely. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with program participants. 

• Proficient in staff supervision, program implementation, and maintaining facility and resident records.
