Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics – Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon
Abilene Sports Medicine & Orthopedics is seeking a fellowship-trained or fellowship-eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon looking to build a busy, well-supported practice in a growing West Texas community. This role is anchored in sports medicine, with the flexibility to incorporate total joint reconstruction and general orthopedics based on your interests, allowing for a balanced and sustainable case mix.

Who You’ll Work With
The physicians at ASM&O have delivered consistently high-quality orthopedic care to West Texas for over 20 years. The group provides comprehensive services across hand, foot and ankle, shoulder and elbow, sports medicine, general orthopedics, spine, and PM&R. You’ll be joining a collaborative team with experienced surgeons and strong APP support, allowing you to focus on patient care while building your practice.

Compensation and Partnership
This position offers a clear and transparent partnership track with a competitive compensation model aligned with productivity and long-term growth. Upon partnership, physicians may have the opportunity to participate in ancillary income streams, including DME, physical therapy, ambulatory surgery center ownership, and other practice-based offerings.
